As we shared at the Regional Gatherings, one of the four pillars of Vision 33 is focussed on developing tomorrow’s leaders. Our desire as a movement is to raise up a new generation of men and women to lead in QB churches and QB ministries across Qld. To realise this vision, QB Services would love to engage with churches around an initiative called Leadership Pipeline. The initiative will take a fresh approach to identifying, mentoring and equipping Christian leaders of all ages through local church leadership development hubs.
