Dear Pastors and Friends,
Greetings from Baptist World Aid!
Thank you for your incredible support this year. The generosity, prayers, and commitment of Baptist Churches across Australia have been overwhelming, and we are deeply grateful.
We’re delighted to introduce our new Church and School Specialist, Rev. Robbie Townsend, who has joined us full-time as a key Queensland contact alongside me. Please join us in welcoming Robbie—his details are below:
- Robbie.Townsend@baptistworldaid.org.au
- 0488 441 772
Deputation bookings for 2026 are now open, including Sunday services, Conferences as well as Schools, Youth and YA, Men’s, and Women’s events. Sundays do fill quickly, so we encourage early bookings. For regional churches, we’d love to join you with a teams meeting —please let us know when we can make this happen.
We’re also inviting expressions of interest for Encounter Trips 2026 (places are limited):
- Bangladesh
- Cambodia
- Nepal
For more information, please contact me directly.
It is a privilege to co-labour with you in serving the most vulnerable.
“He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.” — Micah 6:8
We look forward to hearing from you.
Blessings,
John Mansfield & Rev. Robbie Townsend
