Last week, the team at QB hosted a workshop as part of our QB Stronger Churches Workshop series. These workshops aim to resource Church Leaders and Administrators towards Best Practice in Governance, Risk and Compliance.
The Workshop held on Wednesday 25th March focused on Managing & Maintaining Property. Topics explored included:
- Trustee Arrangements
- Maximising your Property Development for the Kingdom
- Asset management
- Facility Hire
- Boundary Management
- Modifying Facilities

This workshop will be repeated live at an In-person Workshop especially for our CALD (Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Churches).
