The QB Movement is committed to raising more Christian leaders for the future. Tomorrow’s Leaders is one of our four QB Strategic Pillars, and we know many of our churches and ministries are already investing significantly in leadership development.
We’re excited to invite you to the official launch of the QB Leadership Academy – a new online platform designed to support churches and ministries in developing Christian leaders at every stage of the leadership journey.
Whether you’re already investing in emerging leaders or looking for practical ways to strengthen leadership development in your church, we’d love you to join us for this free 45-minute online event.
What is the QB Leadership Academy?
The QB Leadership Academy provides free, easy-to-use online leadership development resources for leaders at every stage, including:
- Stage 1 – Teenage Leaders
- Stage 2 – Potential Leaders, Church Leaders and Christian Leaders
- Stage 3 – Potential Pastoral Leaders and Trainees
- Stage 4 – Pastors and Planters
Over the past six months, we’ve established the QB Leadership Pipeline team of Andrew McCafferty, Richard Bryant, Cath Tallack and John Sweetman. Through funding secured for the next three years, we’ve already developed more than fifty two-hour online learning modules, with many more to come.
Our nine Leadership HUB churches have already begun using and trialling these resources to help develop leaders within their own contexts.
