The QB Centre Groundsperson is responsible for maintaining the grounds, facilities, and general presentation of the QB Centre at Gaythorne. This hands-on role involves landscaping, routine maintenance, minor repairs, and supporting the safe and effective operation of the site. The position also assists with room set-ups and facility support for hirers and events, working closely with the Property Manager and QB Receptionist to ensure the Centre remains welcoming, functional, and well-maintained. The role requires strong practical maintenance skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a Christian ministry environment.
