The Business Analyst – Systems & Delivery plays a key role in supporting the mission and vision of QB Services by leading the transition from legacy systems and fragmented workflows to integrated, system-supported ways of working. This role partners closely with teams across QB Services and the wider Movement to understand how work is currently done and to design future-focused processes that better support ministry and mission.
Bringing together business analysis and delivery coordination, this role works with internal stakeholders and external vendors to implement sustainable, technology-enabled solutions. Grounded in collaboration, clarity, and servant leadership, the Business Analyst helps create operational systems that free churches and ministries to focus on intentional discipleship and effective mission across Queensland and beyond.
