On behalf of the Board of The Baptist Union of Queensland and in compliance with its constitution, I hereby serve notice that a Special Assembly shall take place on Monday 24th November 2025 at 7.30pm.
The business of the meeting shall be to bring a recommendation from the QB Board to endorse the re-appointment of Pastor Jason Elsmore to the position of Director of QB Movement for a term of 3 years from 1st January 2026.

The meeting shall take place online through Teams and in the Small Auditorium, QB Centre, 53 Prospect Road, Gaythorne. All voting shall occur through the Vero Voting Platform.
All delegates should have received an email from Vero Voting. The email address that is attached to your delegate information held by QB will be your Username to access Vero Voting.
