EOIs are due 5:00 pm, Monday 5th January 2026, submitted to:

EOIs must include:
- Proposed purchase price.
- Intended use of the property, ensuring alignment with the strategic interests of QCCC Mapleton.
Following the EOI process, QCCC anticipates negotiating with selected parties, with contracts to be signed by late January 2026 at the latest.
