Would you and your church be willing to take part in a “Write to Your MP” campaign in support of Religious Instruction (RI) in public schools?
QB is partnering with Freedom for Faith on this campaign, which has been designed to be positive, respectful, and constructive. In particular, the campaign aims to:
- Reinforce bipartisan political support for RI, helping to secure it into the future.
- Strengthen relationships between churches and local MPs, which can have a significant impact on other issues affecting churches in the future.
The campaign simply encourages church members to write a short, personal email to their local MP, thanking them for their bipartisan support of RI and encouraging them to continue that support.
The website makes participation quick and easy, taking less than five minutes to complete.
You can find more details about the campaign, along with ready-to-use resources to promote it within your church, at:

We would be grateful if you could pass this on to your congregation and encourage participation. These campaigns are most effective when MPs receive a large number of positive, personal messages from their local community.
