At the QB Awaken Conference 2026, Stewart Pieper (Director of QB Service) sits down with Dave Shepherd, Lead Pastor of Hills Baptist, Adelaide, for an honest and inspiring conversation about discipleship, leadership, and seeing people truly come alive in Christ. Dave shares what excites him most as a lead pastor—not buildings, numbers, or programs—but watching people fall in love with Jesus and own their faith. From the story of an 83‑year‑old baptism to empowering young leaders with real responsibility, this interview is packed with wisdom for pastors, leaders, and everyday believers alike.
